- A 50% deposit is required on all bookings. Balance due on checkin
- Reservations cancelled within 45 days of arrival will be charged the remaining balance.

No bikes allowed in rooms - Full maid services provided once during a week long stay - Towel exchange provided once daily - All linens supplied- Please bring your own pool/beach towels - Quiet time begins at 11:00pm - Fresh coffee brewed at 9:00am during July and August - Fully equipped kitchens- Including linens, dish soap, salt, and pepper.
